If the user opens a support ticket and, following the corresponding verification, it is found that 10% or more of the claimed accounts are valid and operational, the user will lose the right to replacement of all the accounts in the order.

For products considered full access, any modification of the account data by the user —email address, password or other credentials— will entail the automatic loss of the right to replacement for that account.

For certain full access accounts it may not be possible to modify their data. Since all accounts are delivered 100% privately, no changes are necessary to use them safely, so the inability to modify such data does not constitute a defect in the product nor grounds for replacement.

Unless the description of a specific product expressly states otherwise, the use of a VPN may be necessary to access and operate any product offered on this website. This requirement forms part of the ordinary conditions of use and does not constitute a defect. Accordingly, where an account is operational, the need to connect through a VPN — or the user's decision, unwillingness or inability to use one — does not constitute grounds for replacement.
